President Bola Tinubu held a crucial security meeting on Tuesday at the Aso Villa in Abuja, bringing together key military, intelligence, and law enforcement officials.
The discussion was led by the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, with other high-ranking security personnel in attendance, including Inspector General of Police Kayode Egbetokun, National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, and the Director General of the Department of State Services, Oluwatosin Ajayi.
As the meeting progressed in the president’s office, Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Majority Leader Opeyemi Bamidele joined the deliberations.
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, and his deputy, Ben Kalu, were also present.
